Vancouver B.C., September 6, 2007 - AccelRate Power Systems Inc., (APS: TSX.V) a Canadian company focused on the development and commercialization of energy technologies and having developed the world's most advanced "High-Speed" battery charging technology that reduces charging time by as much as 80 percent, has retained, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, Comus Capital Group as the company's investor relations consultant.
Comus Capital Group will provide investor relations for an initial period of three months, and will be paid $5,000 per month, plus GST and allowable disbursements. Additionally, Comus Capital will receive incentive stock options, subject to regulatory approvals, exercisable for a total of 100,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.18. About AccelRate:
