AAI Expands Service Department with New Personnel and Automated Support System


We have recently upgraded our technical support department to better serve our rapidly growing, international customer base. In addition to expanding our crew of in-house and field service engineers, we installed a more streamlined and responsive service ticket system. Our support administrators work to ensure that each service request is handled by the most qualified person in the appropriate department, whether the request concerns technical assistance, required parts, scheduling of startups and service visits, or any other customer need. This upgrade will increase our service capacity as we prepare to introduce new technologies and product lines. If you already work on your project with a specific engineer at AAI, you can still contact him/her directly through the new technical support system.
