70 Attend Training Class on Crane Rigging and Rigging Inspection Procedures at ALL Crane Headquarters

Part of enterprise-wide commitment to ongoing technical education

Cleveland - February 2, 2011 - The ALL Erection & Crane Rental Corp. has announced that, in January, approximately 70 qualified crane operators, oilers, maintenance crew, road mechanics, parts and weld shop personnel, and sales reps from the company's Cleveland headquarters attended a training class focusing on the inspection of rigging components and safe rigging practices. Rigorous technical training programs that surpass industry requirements are the cornerstone of the ALL Family of Companies' commitment to providing ongoing education for its employees.

"The purpose of the class was not only to keep our people sharp, but also to keep reinforcing training and education on rigging principles and practices in an effort to stay current with the new OSHA crane regulations (1926.1400)," says Kirk Ward, corporate safety director for the ALL Family of Companies, who organized the training class.

The combination hands-on and lecture class was presented by instructor Bob Graham of The Crosby Group (http://www.thecrosbygroup.com), an industry leader in the manufacture of rigging equipment, and the class was facilitated by rigging distributor Mazzella Lifting Technologies. Everyone in the 3-hour class also received workbooks and CDs as a resource for additional information.

Ward says, "By all accounts, everyone in attendance found the class to be very informative. We plan to hold additional rigging classes in the future that will be more intensive in nature. We are also working with Crosby to take this same program on the road to our other branches, and a few have already been scheduled."

Michael Liptak, president of ALL Erection & Crane Rental Corp., says, "I'm pleased to see so many attending this training, asking questions, and moving their careers forward. Everything's working right when the company's commitment to training is matched by our employees' commitment to continuous improvement."

As an enterprise, ALL will continue to invest in the best technological training for their employees, which in turn allows the company to meet or exceed customers' expectations and reinforce their reputation as a leader in the crane rental market.
