LYNBROOK, N.Y., Jan. 30 -- An expert panel of electronic data discovery thought leaders from the litigation consulting, corporate counsel, law firm, and software fields will share their insights in the LegalTech New York conference session, "The End of E-Discovery As We Know It: Applying New Technologies and Conceptual Search to EDD," taking place on Wednesday, February 6, 1:30-3:00 pm. Jay Brudz, Senior Counsel, Legal Technology at GE; Mark Sidoti, Chair the Gibbons PC Electronic Discovery Task Force; John Sweeney, President, Thomson Litigation Consulting; and Nicholas Croce, President, Inference Data, will discuss how new data collection and conceptual search technologies are transforming the electronic discovery process and how they are being applied in real-world, large-scale litigation. Certified in e-discovery best practices, Sidoti advises clients on document retention and electronic discovery preparation. He is also a founding member and leader of Gibbon's Laboratory Defense team, a division of the firm's products liability practice.
