Watewater recycling system and reactants are available for 100 gal manual batch processors to large manual, semi-automatic, and automated systems that need to deal with disposal, treatment, or recycling of wastewater which may contain metals. Reactants have dry formula that, when added to treatment system, enable discharge or recycling of wastewater. Fully automatic process separates suspended oils, emulsified oils, and heavy metals. Sludge produced is non-leachable and non-hazardous.
