Warm Tiles® DFT 120 V floor warming cable kit allows contractors to install full floor warming coverage simply by lacing free form cable on floor wherever heated area is required. Cables can be used over variety of substrates including plywood, backer board, and concrete, and are placed 3 in. apart in typical room above heated area, and 1.5 in. apart for room above unheated area, on concrete slabs, or in high heat loss room. Kits are available for heating areas from 11-108 sq ft.

Providing continuous monitoring of temperature, ground fault, operating currents, and voltages, DigiTrace NGC-30 power distribution system can control up to 260 circuits with multiple networked panels. Problems and upsets are reported on User Interface Terminal which allows central access to all heat-tracing circuits. Apr 26, 2002 HSRM and SRM/E heat trace cables are Factory Mutual approved at upgraded temperature ratings for use in Class I - Division 1, Class II - Division 1, and Class III hazardous environments. Approval ratings are for temperature ranges up to 302 deg F for process temperature maintenance and 420 deg F for maximum continuous exposure. SRM/E cable has been rated for high-pressure steam cleaning applications up to 300 psi.
