STK thermoplastic elastomers adhere to polycarbonates (PC), ABS, PC/ABS blends, nylon, HIPS, and copolyesters. Available in 1,000 lb quantities in either natural or black, they feature Shore A range of softness from 50A to 70A and no drying is required. TPEs are suited for wide range of applications such as tools and hardware, housewares/utensil grips, personal care products, safety face masks, home and garden tools, and toys.

Suited for heat sinks and thermal management solutions, CoolPoly® thermally conductive injection molding grade thermoplastics offer no amplification of electromagnetic or radio frequency interference and no magnetic coupling. E-series is electrically conductive and provides inherent EMI/RFI absorption, while D-series is electrically insulative and produces no signal interference. Features include thermal conductivity of 20 w/mk, thermal diffusivity of 0.1 cm²/sec, and density of 1.7 g/cc.

Tri-Mack Maxton® H-3 is thermoplastic friction/wear material for producing journal- and plane bearings, vanes, seals, thrust washers, piston rings, and related parts. Able to be custom molded and machined with ±.0005 in. tolerance in complex shapes from 1/8 x ¼ in. up to 24 in. dia., material exhibits 26,400 psi flexural strength, 17,800 psi tensile strength, 3.9 psi x 106 flexural modulus, 2.9 W/MK thermal conductivity, and is non-abrasive for use against stainless steel and aluminum.
