Material is wetted based on customer requirements, then folded in length and direction to produce variety of fold styles including Z-, C-, W-, or M-fold. Substrate is cut-off and cross folded onto itself using mechanical fold cylinders with gripper system that insures accurate cut-off and cross-folding.
