Signal/Spectrum Analyzer covers 2 Hz through 50 GHz range.

Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co      Germany
May 14, 2013 Offering 12.1 in. touchscreen interface, MultiView function and MSRA function, R&S FSW50 signal and spectrum analyzer is suited for use in development, testing, verification, and production of transmitters and components such as those used in radar applications and satellite and military communications systems. Use of harmonic mixers enables extension of frequency range to 110 GHz. Analysis bandwidth of 320 MHz allows demodulation of wideband signals, such as radar chirps, up to 50 GHz.

Signal and Spectrum Analyzer offers baseband input option.

Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co      Germany
Apr 26, 2013 With FSW-B71 option, FSW Signal and Spectrum Analyzer provides analog baseband inputs covering bandwidth of 80 MHz for I and Q signals. Feature is beneficial to developers of transmitter modules for complex signals such as WLAN IEEE 802.11ac and LTE if different chipsets are used to generate baseband signal and convert it to RF. Since signal can be tested in baseband prior to conversion to RF, developers can characterize entire signal chain using single device.
