Feb 01, 2002 Pick-to-Cart Workstation for horizontal carousel systems provides batch picking efficiencies with pick-to-light speed. Cart is positioned in front of put light array. Up to 16 totes can be positioned on cart, each having its own light module. Each light module indicates which totes are active and quantity to place in them. Operator picks from horizontal carousels via pick-to-light and puts items into totes on cart via put-to-light system.
