Valves offer chemical compatibility.

Valves offer chemical compatibility.

Wanner Engineering, Inc.
Minneapolis, MN 55403
Jun 10, 2002 C Series Valves are constructed of Hastelloy® C or 316 L stainless steel to provide repeatable pressure regulation or relief of corrosive solutions. They feature smooth, chatter-free bypass and minimal pressure surge. Valves have no external springs or moving parts, and can be used with any positive displacement pump.

Pressure Regulators range from 1/2 to 3 in. in size.

Jun 10, 2002 Gas charged 1358 Series Servo-Dome pressure regulators suit high pressure (6000 psi) applications. Valves in Servo-Dome line are available in sizes with Cv ratings from 0.6 up to 116.0. All are made from stainless steel; diaphragm, seat, and seal materials can be varied. End connections include pipe, MS tube, and standard and clamp ring type flanges. Valve domes can be loaded through use of manual valves or regulators or electronic pressure controllers.

Plast-O-Matic Valves Inc.
Cedar Grove, NJ 07009
Jun 04, 2002 Series RVT angle pattern relief valves have Teflon® shaft and body for use with corrosive and ultra-pure liquids, and for elimination of sticking and surging. Pipe sizes range from 1/4 to 2 in. with various seal materials including Buna-N, Viton, and EPDM. Flow rates range from 2 gpm, and set pressures range from 5 to 150 psi. Valves relieve excess pressure in piping systems, as well as prevent dead heading due to unexpected shut-offs downstream.

Blacoh Fluid Control, Inc.
Riverside, CA 92507
May 24, 2002 Revolution Pulsation Dampener has housings that are threaded and screwed together, eliminating metal fasteners, which are subject to damaging effects of corrosive environments. It is available in PVC construction, with PVC bladder for total compatibility with many corrosive chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite.

Serfilco, Ltd.
Northbrook, IL 60062-5360
May 20, 2002 Pulsation Dampeners are effective in minimizing stress and shock and extending diaphragm life on pumps subjected to high inlet pressures. Dampeners, in choice of polypropylene, PVDF or nylon, offer non-metallic solution contact. They are available in 1/2, 1, and 2 in. NPT sizes and two models: manual adjustment for continuous dampening requirements and automatic adjusting for variable pump discharge pressures.

May 16, 2002 Series 2350 includes valves made from brass and stainless steel, and has Cv offerings of 0.07 and 0.14. Regulators suit applications with inlet pressures to 10,000 psi and outlet pressure settings up to 6,000 psi. Inlet filter prevents seat contamination damage. Standard seat is Kel-F, which assures dead-tight shutoff under lock-up conditions. Series offers self-venting feature for inert gases. Pressure connections are 1/4 in. NPT and tube.
