Lockbourne, OH – StarTech.com announced the release of its new Standalone Video Capture and Streaming device (SKU: USB2HDCAPS) that allows users to capture and stream video content without a computer to a USB hard drive or SD card up to 64 GB. The easy to use feature of one touch recording is ideal for instructors, corporate meetings and presentations.
With an internet connection, this product live streams video content right from the box without ever having to connect to a computer. The Standalone Video Capture and Streaming device has two modes; recording and streaming. The user can record directly to a SD card or use the built-in LAN port to stream over to a local network or the internet to an online video service. The video records in a compatible format and includes a built-in RJ45 network port for easy streaming abilities.
