Available in a range of standard frame sizes and all with a tilt range of up to 120 degrees. They provide rapid, highly efficient 4th and 5th axis machining capability with ultra precision, yet are fitted with a powerful and fast acting clamping system, making them equally suited for high speed, heavy duty static machining operations with rapid piece part positioning.
The BRC-TT version uses our unique and compact "in-built" direct drive motor to rotate bi-directionally at instantly variable speeds up to 120 rpm. A drive system that not only provides far greater acceleration and braking than conventional 2-axis tables, but at the same time takes up much less space in the machine work zone and drastically reduces costly maintenance.
Both axis are equipped with a high accuracy, sealed encoder mounted directly to the axle of the tables, eliminating backlash and reducing positioning error to a new lower level. For ease of set-up and rapid change-over, all tables are prepared with a precision center "pilot" bore for absolute fixture location, as well as combination "T" and alignment slots for fixture orientation and mounting, plus a through hole for a media supply when needed.
LCM tables are ideal for OEM, rebuilding, retrofitting or aftermarket installations as the "BRC" series can be interfaced with most modern CNC controllers.
