After multi-wavelength input signal is broadcast to filter, MEMS mirror tilts precisely to tune single wavelength channel to output fiber. Featuring Gaussian-shaped pass-band optimized for 50 or 100 GHz channel spacing, MEMS mirror provides ±50 pm wavelength setting accuracy within C or L Bands and tuning speed of less than 30 msec.
