Original Press Release:

In-Stock And Custom-Configured Seamless Thermoplastic Tanks In Sizes From 3 Gallons To 16,000 Gallons

March 6, 2002. TERRACON CORPORATION, Holliston, MA, specializes in the configuration of standard and custom rotomolded thermoplastic tanks to meet the most stringent requirements
of biological and pharmaceutical laboratories, OEM applications, and food, semiconductor and chemical processing industries. Tanks can be supplied in sizes from 3 gallons to 16,000 gallons,
and are available in a wide variety of forms, including flat bottom, cone-bottom, and capsule-shaped tanks, which ensure complete drainage. Our manufacturing and fabrication processes
create one-piece, seamless tanks, minimizing the possibility of particulate entrapment or bacterial growth due to cracks or crevasses.

TERRACON tanks are used in myriad applications, including ultra-pure water storage, chemical processing/mixing, pharmaceutical research laboratories, and dialysis bicarb systems. The
standard tank material (FDA-approved linear high-density polyethylene) is a UV-stabilized, premium grade virgin resin in natural white (translucent) for best visibility of liquid level. For the storage of pure water or chemicals, Terrapure-F® tanks are fluorinated to produce a PTFE barrier layer, an inert surface with no extractables or ionic contamination. All of TERRACON's tanks are impact- and corrosion-resistant.

TERRACON is unique in our capability to provide customers with a complete system, including custom-made tank stands (non-metallic, stainless steel or painted steel); agitator mounts; bolt-on covers; fittings; spray nozzles; and any other accessories required. As a multi-industrial source for thermoplastic containment systems, TERRACON offers total engineering services to our customers, ensuring the accurate translation of their ideas and needs into finely-crafted finished
products ready to be installed in a laboratory, manufacturing or processing plant or assembled into a customer's skid-mounted system.
