Punch Press Load/Unload Systems have space saving design.
Press Release Summary:
July 2, 2010 - As retrof for VX, V, VT, S, and ST-Series CNC turret punch presses, PA-Series Load/Unload systems provide continuous processing of materials up to .140 in. thick. With material bundle capacities of 2,500 and 3,000 kg, respectively, model PA-1225 supports sizes up to 98.4 x 49.2 in. and model PA-1530 handles materials up to 60 x 120 in. Both systems work with min sheet sizes of 500 x 1,000 mm. Space-saving design loads and unloads material from same side of turret punch press.

New Strippit PA-Series Auto Load/Unload System Is Compact, Cost Effective Automation
Press release date: June 15, 2010
The Strippit PA-Series provides continuous, uninterrupted processing, delivering more value and productivity for punching applications. The auto load/unload system reduces manual worksheet handling time by as much as 80% and provides efficient processing of materials up to .140" (3,5 mm).
Offered in two configurations: Strippit PA-1225 supports sheet sizes up to 98.4" x 49.2" (2500 mm x 1250 mm); Strippit PA-1530 handles materials up to 60" x 120" (1524 x 3048 mm), with raw material bundle capacities of 2500Kg (1225 version) and 3000Kg (1530 version) respectively. Both systems work with minimum sheet sizes of 500 x 1000 mm.
A space-saving design loads and unloads material from the same side of the turret punch press. Both loading of raw material and unloading of finished nests is handled at the front of the unit away from the loader head, providing convenient access to the pallets from one side using a forklift.
The Strippit PA-Series system is simple and easy to use with an integrated 'joblist' function within the Fanuc control of the punch press.
More compact than comparable material handling systems, the system features a full brush table configuration to reduce part scratching.
Standard features of the Strippit PA-Series auto load/unload system include a double sheet detection device to prevent loading of more than one sheet at a time and a sheet separation device, which effectively separates sheets for automatic loading. The sheet separation device can be used with ferrous or non-ferrous materials.
