Santa Clara, California, USA — TRUMPower is proud to introduce its new TSM100 series of medical grade power adapters that delivers many hard-to-find dual and triple output voltages.
The TSM100 class I units meet 2 MOPP and are furnished with an IEC 320/C14 AC inlet plus optional power switch. The series comes with 25 dual and triple output models offering combinations of +3.3V, +5V, ±12V, ±15V, and ±24V @ 55-80W output power, including +3.3V/+5V, +3.3V/+12V, +5V/+12V, +5V/+15V, +5V/+24V, ±12V, ±15V, ±24V, +5V/-24V, +3.3V/+12V/-5V, +3.3V/+5V/-12V, +3.3V/±12V, +5V/+12V/+12V, +5V/±12V, +5V/±15V, +5V/+15V/+15V, +5V/+12V/+24V, +5V/+24V/-12V, +5V/±24V, +5V/+24V/+24V, and more.
The series also includes 70-100W single output models with the voltage being factory preset anywhere between 5V to 40V. The standard single output models come with a 4-pin power DIN output connector and it is a 5-pin or 8-pin DIN plug for the standard dual and triple output models. Other output connectors are available upon request.
The TSM100 series is approved by TUV and UL to IEC/EN 60601-1 3rd edition, ANSI/AAMI ES 60601-1:2005 and CAN/CSA-C22.2 No. 60601-1:08 medical standards. The power supply complies with EN60601-1-2 EMC and immunity standards including EN55011, FCC & VCCI Class B, EN61000-3-2, EN61000-4-2, EN61000-4-3, EN61000-4-5, EN61000-4-11, etc.
Earth leakage current is 100 µA maximum @ 240 VAC, 60 Hz. The power supply carries CE marking, is RoHS2 compliant and accepts a 90 to 260 VAC universal input with 0.95 power factor. Withstand voltage is specific at 5,656 VDC (or 4000 VAC) from input to output and 2,121 VDC (or 1500 VAC) from input to ground. The units can operate at -10°C to +70°C ambient temperature and are suitable for operating at up to 3,000 meters altitude. The MTBF is higher than 100,000 hours at full load and 25°C ambient per MIL-HDBK-217F. Output protections include short-circuit, over voltage, and overload.
