February 11, 2013 - Designed for seamless integration into existing systems, 19 mm dia 3D PRO™ Laser and 10 mm dia 3D PRO™ Laser Mini feature cylindrical form factor and are both available either as customer-specified fixed focus module or with adjustable focus. Lasers deliver uniformity with line widths from 30–120 µm, and modules are available with output powers from 1–150 mW, fan angles between 10° and 90°, and wavelengths from 450–910 nm. Several electronic options are also available.

MultiPix Launches the 3D PRO(TM) Laser and 3D PRO(TM) Laser Mini from ProPhotonix, Designed Especially for the Machine Vision Market

Based on customer feedback, the 3D PRO™ Lasers comes in two popular footprints. The 3D PRO™ Laser has a 19mm diameter compatible with the majority of existing Machine Vision systems enabling hassle-free replacement of existing laser solutions. ProPhotonix also offer a compact 10mm diameter, 3D PRO™ Laser Mini for applications where space is a premium. Both laser types will be available either as a customer-specified fixed focus module or with an externally adjustable focus for users who desire flexibility. 3D PRO™ Lasers offer excellent uniformity with line widths from 30ìm to 120ìm. 3D PRO™ modules are available with output powers from 1 to 150 mW, fan angles between 10° and 90° and wavelengths throughout the 450nm to 910nm spectral ranges, including 635 nm and 660 nm. Electronic options include intensity control, strobe mode and various analogue and digital modulation configurations. Optically, ProPhotonix offers a wide range of diffractive optics including spot, line, multiline, and grid.
