Wrightsville, PA – John Wright's line of faux strap hinges now includes eight models to dress up the look of garage doors, doors, gates, and shutters.  Faux (or dummy) strap hinges give the look of functional strap hinges without the expense or complicated installation.  These faux hinges install easily with the included screws and enhance the curb appeal of nearly any property.

John Wright’s faux hinges are uniquely offered in both cast aluminum and cast iron and range in length from 9 inches to over 17 inches, thus working in many varied applications.  Style choices include a traditional, refined look with a spade tip and a more fanciful design with ribbing, accent bands, and a stunning fleur-de-lis tip.  Aluminum hinges feature a black, bronze, or bronze verdigris finish.  The bronze verdigris finish uses an elegant green patina that is normally only found on well-weathered bronze.
