New 600V-Rated Cable Facilitates Routing of DeviceNet Connectivity

NORTHBROOK, IL, March 25, 2002, - Woodhead Connectivity, the global leader in industrial communications and connectivity announces a complete line of Brad Harrison® DeviceNet plug-and-play connectivity using 600V-rated cabling (Class 1).

"This new 600V-rated DeviceNet cabling option allows users the flexibility to route machine communications cable in the tray next to other power cables, states Bob Wettermann, Director of Marketing. "And in the end, this makes DeviceNet an even more attractive machine network protocol." A variety of connectors can be configured using this new cable option including male and female Mini- Change® and Micro-Change® connectors and receptacles.
