Manually setting hundreds of holders can be tedious, time consuming and opens a potential for human error, creating scrap material and loss of money.
The QUICK SET 0.5 eliminates any potential human error and dramatically improves setup time, allowing the customer to reduce scrap and produce product more efficiently.
“We are allowing customers to gain complete control of their process. We listened, designed, and developed a product based on what our customers requested,” said Wade C. Gilman, Dienes Sales Engineer.
