IRVINE, CA, January 18, 2002 The Toshiba Model IK-TF1 is the
smallest, one-piece 3CCD camera in its class. This compact, lightweight and competitively-priced camera measures justl.7 (W) x 1.7 (H) x 3.1 (H) inches, and weighs a mere 5.47 oz., so it can be installed wherever space is at a premium.

The Toshiba IK-TF1 is optimized for machine vision and color imaging applications with its 570 lines of resolution, excellent color reproduction, C-Mount for use with a variety of available lenses, and 64 dB signal-to-noise ratio. Key to its success is the Co-Site Sampling (spatial congruent) arrangement of its three 1/3-inch, 410,000 pixel IT-CCDs that results in the capture of more accurate, computer-ready color images, as well as 10 lux sensitivity and reduced smear.

Included with the IK-TF1 is an array of advanced functions, such as a nine-step electronic shutter system (1/60 to 1/50,000 sec) that is essential for high-speed applications. The camera also offers automatic and manual white balance, 1-pulse or 2-pulse random triggers, and an RS-232 serial interface for control with a PC.
