outdoor sensor

I am interested in pricing a wireless sensor and a wired sensor for an outdoor well located in Wisconsin where it freezes. This needs to be placed in our home which is a little over a 100 feet from the well. We need this to connected some way to a sensaphone that can call when it reaches a very low temperature.
