Innovative System-on-a-Chip Certified by Wi-Fi Alliance Voice-Personal Program

XpandR II is part of DSP Group's XpandR family of chipsets for wireless multimedia communications, which recently received certification from the Voice-Personal program of the Wi-Fi Alliance(R). Integrating Wi-Fi and DECT technologies, XpandR II enables consumer electronics (CE) manufacturers to develop a wide range of innovative, yet cost effective home multimedia products with fast time to market.

The state-of-the-art chipset complies with international IEEE 802.11a/b/g and cordless standards, including ETSI, while fully supporting Wi-Fi WMM, WMM-PS, WPA, WPA-2, and WPS, along with GAP, CAT-iq, 2.4 GHz, and DECT6.0.
