Sprialift® VL -Unique Fine Screen With Vertical Lift
The Spiralift VL is a vertical lift wastewater screen that provides fine screening in extremely tight locations such as pump stations and wet wells. Because it conveys materials straight up its vertically oriented transport tube, the VL fits where no other screen can be placed..
The Spiralift VL features a shaftless auger screw that clears solids from a stainless steel cylindrical screen. The solids are conveyed up a transport tube and out a discharge pipe. The unit uses very little power.
Spiralift VL units are supplied with tube washing spray manifold, screen brushes, perforated stainless cylindrical screen, stainless steel housing, 1-1/2 HP motor, helical gear drive, system controller and level sensor. Several models are available to meet capacity requirements.
