December 15, 2009 - Utilizing natural gas, LPG, diesel fuel, or waste oil, Thermo-Oxidizer thermally oxidizes up to 150 gallons of die casting wastewater per hour at up to 1,600°F. System eliminates need for liquid waste and slurry disposal as well as sewer discharge. Designed to meet NFPA 86 operating standards, evaporator includes automated waste nozzle cleanouts, PLC control with lock-in fault codes and external LCD display, TeflonŽ diaphragm waste pump, and stainless steel door frame.

West Palm Beach, FL. - RGF Environmental Group known worldwide for their industrial water treatment systems announces its Thermo-Oxidizer wastewater evaporator designed to thermally oxidize up to 150 gallons of die casting wastewater per hour at up to 1,600° Fahrenheit utilizing natural gas, LPG, diesel fuel or waste oil. This system eliminates the need for liquid waste and slurry disposal costs and sewer discharge, making it an ideal way to eliminate die casting wastewater without the traditional problems associated with an evaporator.

Additional savings can be achieved by adding the optional waste oil burner, a proven waste oil burning technology that can replace up to 500,000 Btu/hr of NG or LPG from the main burner, thereby saving up to 60% fuel cost while at the same time eliminating up to 84 gallons of waste oil per day.

Three Thermo-Ox models are available with capacity to evaporate 30, 60 and 150 gallons per hour.

These wastewater evaporation units meet strict NFPA 86 operating standards and boast many other operational features including automated waste nozzle cleanouts, PLC control with lock-in fault codes and external LCD display, Teflon diaphragm waste pump, and stainless steel door frame.
