Security Fabricators Has a New and Innovative Product Called the Sure-Loc

Security Fabricators has a new and innovative product called the Sure-Loc. The Sure-Loc washer is from 304 stainless steel, .078" thick, shaped as a concave washer with scalloped edges, designed to be positioned over the strand of chain link fabric and other wire products like tension wire or barbed wire. The washer is secured to steel or aluminum frame with a special plated Ramset/Redhead Driven pin that has withstood over 500 hours in a salt spray chamber with no signs of rust.

A nylon sleeve over the pin stem provides additional protection to the stem and the material it has penetrated. When properly installed, the concave shape of the washer is maintained with the edge of the scallop tight against the frame material. The force required to pull out the pin varies up to 2000lbs.

The Sure-Loc can be used to compliment the fence tie, increasing the strength and integrity of the fence. It can be used to completely replace the tie, resulting in a safer fence especially in correctional facilities where it is possible for the tie to be used as a weapon.

It attaches to chain link, barbed wire or tension wire to non-standard shapes and sizes of framework. When properly installed, the Sure-Loc fastener is difficult and time consuming to remove. Removal can be done by grinding the head off.
