September 24, 2009 - Suited for users in entertainment, architecture, and urban planning, CityEngine 2009.2 facilitates creation, visualization, and analysis of large 3D cities with over 500,000 buildings. Buildings generated in CityEngine can be exported as 3DS files and then imported into tools such as Google SketchUp, Autodesk LandXPlorer, or Graphisoft ArchiCAD. Additional features include selection-sets handling, interactive editing extensions, ATI support, and python scripting.
