Interface meets IP67 rating requirements when mated or covered with protective cap. Featuring M28 threads as additional connection method to bayonet locking, connectors operate within temperature range of -40 to +80C with 1.5 A max current rating at 25C, and voltage handling capability of 100 Vdc.

CONEC’S Flange Mounted USB 2.0 Connectors Deliver Reliable Protection For Harsh Environments

GARNER, N.C., – CONEC, a manufacturer of high-quality connectors, has expanded its bayonet locking, IP67-rated industrial USB 2.0 connector series utilizes a 4-hole flange mount nickel plated die-cast housing. The water-resistant USB 2.0 connectors can be mounted on the front or rear side of enclosure panels up to 3.2mm thick. The interface of the USB 2.0 connector meets IP67-rating requirements when mated or covered with a protective cap. The addition of four-hole mounting provides extra protection against harsh environment elements, while facilitating easier “on-the-fly” connections for industrial applications.

The USB 2.0 connector also features M28 threads as an additional connection method to bayonet locking. The industrial-rated USB 2.0 connector operates within a temperature range of -40C to +80C, with a 1.5A maximum current rating at 25C. The voltage handling of the rugged USB connector is 100VDC. The nickel plated die-cast outer body is RoHS compliant.
