Designed to accept large radii tooling to 16 in. CLR, GB90/GB100 Semi-Automatic Giga Bender Mandrel Machine bends tube, pipe, square and rectangular profiles to center radius as tight as 1.5D. System offers programmable bend angles with independent material springback setting for each bend, and interactive PLC touch screen for access to auto and manual operating modes, system diagnostics, and multiple language capability. USB enables unlimited program memory storage and communication.

Heavy steel structure improves rigidity and increases capacity
Ercolina's newly released GB90/GB100 semi-automatic Giga Bender mandrel machine is ideal for bending tube, pipe, square and rectangular profiles to center line radius as tight as 1.5D and accepts large radii tooling to 16 inchs CLR. The interactive PLC touch screen offers easy access to auto and manual operating modes, system diagnostics and multiple language capability. The GB90/GB100 offers programmable bend angles with independent material springback setting for each bend. Programmable auto mandrel positioning allows the operator to optimize extraction for improved bend quality. Clamping, pressure die and boost movements are programmable with manual override. Convenient USB is available for unlimited program memory storage and communication. Precision encoders on each axis. Interactive touch screen displays absolute (ABS) or incremental (INC) positioning with inch or metric readout. Programmable tail stock interference zone monitors position and eliminates workhead collision. Accepts YBC and XYZ input values. High capacity hydraulic reservoir with automatic cooling system. The heavy steel structure of the GB90/GB100 provides a rigid platform and minimizes vibration. Standard hydraulic ports accept Ercolina's patented (KST) clam shell or (FST) finger clamp systems. The hand-held remote bending control is certified class 3 safety and all electrical components are UL, CSA and CE approved. Machines are available with full CNC (6) axis control.
