December 20, 2004 - Alliance Truck Scales feature modular Survivor® EZ Steel Deck, which is 3/16 in. plate supported by 12 in. high beams and offering 2–65 deflection factor. Incorporating 4–12 load cells, scales can include range of digital weight indicators and displays. Units are offered in lengths from 10–117 ft and widths of 10–14 ft. Made to withstand harsh weather, they have epoxy primer, hard-coat alkyd enamel finish, and asphalt coating applied to interior and underside.

Truck Scale Features Rugged Steel Deck
An above the ground truck scale that has a rugged steel deck and can be equipped with a variety of weighing systems and electronic display options is being introduced by Alliance Scale, Inc. of Canton, Massachusetts.
The Alliance Truck Scale features the modular Survivor® EZ Steel Deck from Rice Lake which is 3/16” plate supported by 12”H beams for optimum rigidity and has a 2-65 deflection factor. Incorporating from 4 to 12 load cells, depending upon size, the scales have a 90,000 lbs. concentrated load rating and can include a wide selection of digital weight indicators and displays.
Easily accessible, Alliance Truck Scales are custom built to meet specific requirements and offered in lengths from 10 to 117 ft. by 10 to 14 ft. W., with various types of foundations. Designed to withstand the harshest weather, they have a high-performance epoxy primer, hard-coat alkyd enamel finish, and an asphalt coating applied to the interior and underside.
