Torque Wrenches capture actual applied torque data.
April 20, 2009 -
Designed to verify proper fastening, click-type Models FHDS and FHD capture actual applied torque data and send it to R-FHD receiver unit, which transfers information to PC or PLC. Units are suited for tracking hand tightening processes to avoid missed tightening and to manage applied torque data against possible product claims. Judgment parameters alert user if applied torque is OK or NG with light confirmation. Over torque and missed fasteners can be tracked and identified.
