All the tools needed to install and repair VOIP systems are included, whether for an office or a residential application. Included are such essential specialty tools as connector crimping pliers, a tone and probe kit for tracing lines, a telephone test set, and an impact tool with two reversible 66/110 blades. All the tools fit easily into a sturdy 19" x 16" x 12" tote bag, leaving plenty of room for additional tools like a voltage meter or power drill.
