Intended for dust collection and pneumatic conveying control systems, Series DCT1000DC eliminates need for external devices such as pressure switches, relays, and timers. Indicating light on control board notifies operators when solenoid valve fails to operate. Controller accepts 10-30 Vdc and comes in 6, 10, and 22 channel models. Modular design allows for use as continuous cleaning control or on-demand cleaning control using optional DCP plug-in pressure module.

The DCT1000DC is the ideal solution for dust collection and pneumatic conveying control systems. Relying on one timer board for on demand and continuous cleaning applications, the DCT1000DC eliminates the need for external devices such as pressure switches, relays and timers.
The DCT1000DC accepts 10-30 VDC, perfect for newer reverse pulse jet systems that utilize low voltage power. An excellent feature is the indicating light on the control board that notifies operators when a solenoid valve fails to operate.
The DCT's modular design allows for use as a continuous cleaning control or on-demand cleaning control using the optional DCP plug-in pressure module. A 4-20 mA process output is integral to the DCP pressure module, eliminating the need to purchase an expensive process transmitter.
Priced from $210.00, the DCT1000DC is the same size for 6, 10, and 22 channels. One board size allows the standardization on one enclosure. For larger installations connecting multiple boards in series may expand the DCT1000DC.
