Flexadux® TR T-7 Hose is reinforced with spring steel wire helix and is available with thermally welded cuffs manufactured with same material. This provides smooth surface for creating optimal seal using standard hose clamps. Product is offered in 25-50 ft lengths and in 2-24 in. ID sizes, and operates over 60-275°F temperature range. Wall thickness is typically 0.030 in., while 2 in. version is 0.025 in. thick. Hose is suitable for removing fumes, vapors, powders, and dust.

Thermally Welded Cuffs Create Tight Seal
A medium-weight thermoplastic rubber hose that can now be supplied with thermally welded cuffs to provide a smooth surface for a tight seal using standard hose clamps is being introduced by Flexaust of Warsaw, Indiana.
Flexaust Flexadux® TR T-7 Hose is a medium-weight thermoplastic rubber hose that is reinforced with a spring steel wire helix and can now be supplied with thermally welded cuffs made of the same material. Providing a smooth clamping surface to help assure a tight fit and seal, this hose resists most chemicals and is suitable for removing fumes, vapors, powders and dust.
Eliminating the need for bridge clamps, Flexaust Flexadux® TR T-7 Hose with thermally welded cuffs can be supplied in 25-, 50 ft., and custom lengths. Available in 2" to 24" I.D. dia. sizes and metrics, it has a 0.030" thick wall (2" is 0.025") and operates over a -60°F to 275°F range. All Flexaust thermoplastic rubber hoses are available with compatible material cuffs.
