MovoZ Z2 can be installed vertically, horizontally, and upside down as lifting column. Based upon extruded, anodized aluminum profiles, it offers chemical resistance and non-corrosiveness. Unit includes adjustable end of stroke limit switches and choice of 3 different ball screw leads. It features max stroke up to 1,550 mm, max speed up to 1 m/s, max length of 4,000 mm, and max load torque up to 700 Nm. Repeatability is ±0.1 mm and resolution is 0.1 mm.

Danaher Motion Introduces the Movoz Z2 -- A New Thomson Telescopic Linear Actuator Unit that is Ideal for Automation Applications
Cleveland. OH - Danaher Motion announces the availability of the MovoZ Z2 - a new telescopic linear actuator unit that can be installed vertically, horizontally and upside down as a lifting column. The new space-saving actuator offers a number of features that enable it to deliver precise, smooth linear actuation and make it an ideal choice for automation and handling applications.
The MovoZ Z2 is based upon extruded, anodized aluminum profiles. The design provides optimum strength against bending and torsion, as well as protection of the drive mechanism. The saddle moves easily and smoothly with a minimum of play along the profile. The double-profile MovoZ Z2 is equipped with factory mounted adjustable end of stroke limit switches, a choice of three different ball screw leads, and offers excellent durability as well as good chemical resistance and non-corrosiveness. In addition, the MovoZ Z2 unit accepts Type BGM40 belt gears allowing motors to be mounted parallel to the profile for a shorter overall length.
