DUBUQUE, Iowa.- DuctSox®, a leading manufacturer of American-made air dispersion, has introduced the new D-Shape, a surface-mount system that transform fabric duct into a low profile, half-round HVAC air distribution solution for low ceiling applications.

The D-Shape system, which can be installed onto drop ceilings as well as sheet rock surfaces, is ideal for offices, retail stores, production equipment areas with low clearance and other low profile spaces. Like all DuctSox's products, fabric duct offers more even, draft-free air distribution, quicker installation, easier maintenance, plus reduced material costs over conventional metal ductwork.

Available in black, white, green, blue, red or custom colors, the D-Shape has many aesthetic features such as finished seams, a zippered inlet collar, and DuctSox's new DuctBuckle(TM) fastener. The D-Shaped is available in one DuctSox model -Comfort Flow(TM), which uses a laminar flow for gentle, draft-free airflow in occupancy applications. D-Shape fabric duct is available in 14, 18, 22, 26, 30, and 34-inch diameters and offers T's, 90° elbows, and end cap accessories.

Like all DuctSox products, D-Shape fabric ducts are factory engineered for each specific project, UL-classified, and can be cleaned through an easy access zippered and cap or quickly dissembled for machine washing.
