Flexco's New Quad Staple Driver Speeds Belt Fastening Process
DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. April 22, 2005 - A versatile staple driver with the potential to cut installation time by 50% has been added to the line of belt fastening tools and accessories marketed by Flexco.
The company's Alligator® Ready Setâ„¢ Quad Staple Driver is designed for simultaneous installation of four staples, adding speed and consistency to the belt fastening process. The heat-treated steel driver features a wide striking surface to facilitate use with a two-lb. hammer.
After the belt is squared, cut and properly secured in the lacer, installation with the Alligator staple driver becomes a fast, simple process. Rather than driving two staples at a time with hammer strokes on a conventional driver, the Quad Driver installs four staples simultaneously; cutting the time required for this installation step in half.
