DISTI KLEEN is Introducing the Newly Designed RotoMAX Solvent Recovery System
The RotoMAX is available in 6 sizes, with an output from 10 gal/h to 300 gal/h, depending on the solvent type and system size.
The RotoMAX series are complete, self-contained distillation units of explosion proof construction for distillation of contaminated flammable and non-flammable solvents. Solids contamination can be as high as 70%. It can also safely process Nitrocellulose contaminated products. The RotoMAX offers the following new features:
- When sludge reaches a pre-set concentration it will automatically drop the sludge into a sludge tank
- RotoMAX can run completely unattended for several days
- The most energy efficient system on the market with a newly designed large energy saving heated surface.
- The units feature a slow rotating maintenance free scraper system, which continuously clean the heat transfer surface of the heating jacket.
