NexGen Enviro Systems RESOLV-R® IST Recyclers Promote Cost Saving Solvent Handling

(FEBRUARY 2, 2005) Lindenhurst, N.Y. - NexGen Enviro Systems, Inc. today announced the latest in its line of high performance solvent reclaiming systems, the RESOLV-R 2® Model IST Series. Designed for use within a wide variety of manufacturing environments, these systems represent a more cost-effective alternative to "drum and haul" services and other solvent handling practices.

The IST models enable manufacturers to recover as much as 99.90% of their reusable solvent. This cuts waste management costs, reduces virgin solvent purchasing and ensures compliance with EPA standards for solvent handling and disposal. The systems are available in 2.6 (IST10)-, 4 (IST15)-, 6.6 (IST22)-, 11 (IST42)- and 16 (IST62)-gallon capacities. NexGen provides two options for the RESOLV-R 2 systems; for either normal location or for Class I Division I Group D Explosion Proof code requirements. Either variation will provide automated cycling turnaround of four to six hours, which is controlled mechanically or by an on-board 8-bit digital controller that also handles system diagnostics and maintenance alerts.

A built-in forced air fan handles condenser vapor cooling. Systems can be used with disposable nylon waste bags. Vacuum add-on units are available in either pneumatic or electronic versions to handle solvents with high boiling points. Both versions are easily installed on-site to an existing distiller.
