Solid-state unit fits into 19 in. rack and can be custom engineered to match application requirements. Specifically, unit is adaptable to voltages, pulse repetition rates, and pulse duration.

High Energy Pulser Combines Short Pulse, High Voltage Coupled Energy


A new fast, low-impedance high energy pulser that is 19" rack mountable and ideally suited for a variety of atmospheric plasma applications is being introduced by Diversified Technologies, Inc. of Bedford, Massachusetts.

Diversified Technologies' High Energy Pulser is an all solid-state unit which incorporates magnetic pulse compression that provides 17 ns rise times and a pulse rate of 8 kHz with the ability to generate up to 50 mJ per pulse at voltages to 50 kV. Suitable for adaptation to various atmospheric plasma applications, this high energy pulser fits into a standard 19" rack.

Custom engineered to match specific customer application requirements, Diversified Technologies' High Energy Pulser is adaptable to a wide range of high voltages, pulse repetition rates, and pulse duration. Applications include creating nonthermal plasma for materials processing, biomedical sterilization, and/or water purification.

Diversified Technologies' High Energy Pulser is priced from $ 100,000.00 depending upon configuration. Price quotations are available upon request.
