Meridian Systems Announces Crystal Reports XI for Prolog
Enhanced reporting solution allows construction professionals to get the most out of Prolog(R) reports
FOLSOM, Calif., April 10 -- Meridian Systems(R), the industry leader in construction project management software, announced today the availability of Crystal Reports(R) XI for Prolog, an enhanced reporting solution that allows AEC industry firms using Prolog software to get the most out of Prolog's reporting functionality. Prolog software is the industry standard for successful construction project delivery.
To bring this new Meridian solution to market, Meridian signed an OEM agreement with Business Objects to integrate Crystal Reports XI, the world's industry standard for enterprise reporting, within the Prolog environment. This agreement gives Prolog customers access to several new report formatting and design capabilities beyond the current capabilities of Prolog's Report Manager.
While today, Prolog users have access to more than 400 standard reports and broad customization capabilities, Crystal Reports XI for Prolog provides project-driven organizations with even deeper report customization and development requirements only available in Crystal Reports XI. For example, Prolog Manager and Prolog WebSite users can leverage the powerful report development and runtime capabilities of Crystal Reports XI Developer -- allowing users to view, edit and create new reports that provide valuable dashboard views on project key performance indicators.
Crystal Reports XI for Prolog uniquely combines updated DLL's that support Crystal Reports XI features, and one named-user license for Crystal Reports XI Developer -- all in one convenient package. One license of Crystal Reports XI for Prolog also provides a company with unlimited runtime licenses for running Crystal XI Reports within the Prolog environment.
