September 24, 2010 - Adaptable to both Servo and NEMA frame motors, Model RG features true double enveloping worm gear technology. Unit offers output torque up to 8,540 lb-in., gear ratios from 5:1 to 60:1, and backlash from 6-32 arc-min. Available with center distances of 1.50, 2.00, 2.50, 3.00, and 3.50 in., drive provides solid, hollow, and shrink disk output options. Unit is factory filled with synthetic oil and is double sealed on both input and output shafts.

Model RG Flange


The Servo Drive Model RG is now available with an output flange simplifying the connection to your machine.

With the built in modularity of the Model RG, many more applications are now possible with it's adaptability to both Servo and NEMA frame motors. Only in the Model RG will you get true double enveloping worm gear technology, unsurpassed in the market where both performance and positional accuracy are demanded.

Model RG Specifications

Please find below a brief summary of the new Model RG Flange product specifications.

o Center Distances: 1.50", 2.00", 2.50", 3.00" and 3.50"

o Servo Motor or NEMA frames

o Double Sealed on both the input and output shafts

o Output Torque: Up to 8,540 lb-in

o Backlash from 6 arcminutes to 32 arcminutes

o Multiple output options: Solid / Hollow / Shrink Disc
