December 12, 2006 - ALTAIR® Pro Single-Gas Detectors are available for gases such as ammonia, chlorine, nitrogen dioxide, phosphine, sulfur dioxide, and hydrogen cyanide. Featuring replaceable sensor and battery, series displays data on backlit LCD and exhibits resistance to impact and RFI. Solutions also incorporate alarm system.

PITTSBURGH, November 2006 -- The MSA ALTAIR Pro Single-Gas Detector Product Line has been expanded to include the following exotic gases: ammonia, chlorine, nitrogen dioxide, phosphine, sulfur dioxide and hydrogen cyanide. Featuring a replaceable sensor and battery, the ALTAIR Pro Detector displays data on a large, clear, backlit LCD and offers excellent impact resistance, great RFI performance and an effective alarm system.
