With Dual Monitor feature, Selective Soldering Machines give operator high-resolution image of any or all camera functions on one monitor, plus larger display of all machine function or programming screens on another, adjacent, flat-screen monitor. Monitors deliver clear views of specific soldering sites as well as precise setup and alignment. Feature is standard on all KISS 104 systems and is available as option on KISS-102 and KISS-103 systems.

Dual-Monitor Option Released for ACE Selective Soldering Systems
Spokane, Washington, USA - A new Dual Monitor feature just released for ACE Selective Soldering machines gives the operator a large, high resolution image of any or all camera functions on one monitor, as well as a larger, easy-to-read display of all machine function or programming screens on another adjacent flat-screen monitor. The dual monitor option provides easier to read process monitoring and better, clearer views of specific soldering sites and more precise setup and alignment. The new feature is available standard on all KISS 104 systems, and is available as an option on Kiss-102 and KISS-103 systems.
In the past, the camera images and user interface display had to share monitor real estate, thus reducing the size and quality of both images, according to Craig Curk, ACE National Sales Manager. "The new, larger camera and operator interface screens provide the operator with a better view of the overall system and ongoing process, and improves the user experience" Curk says. "In addition to providing a full-size, easy to read display of the process monitor screen, the large, flat screen monitors provide crisp, clear images of alignment and set-up, as well as bright, clear views for specific site inspection" he adds.
