MOUNT LAUREL, NJ - The new line of advanced sealers for 96-well microplates has been designed to address the needs of the bio-analytical environment. The 96-Well Pattern Sealing Film is adhesive-free around the 96-wells which prevents the tacky/sticky adhesive from adhering to plastic pipette tips or metal probes. The advanced adhesive is solvent free. The sealing film is available in 2mil or 5mil thick Teflon and is recommended for temperatures from -80° C to +120° C. The pattern film adheres to polypropylene, polystyrene and polycarbonate materials and it easily fits a wide variety of plate formats. The Teflon film is compatible with aqueous solutions and organic solvents, and is easily pierceable with single or multichannel pipettors and robotic probes. The Pattern Teflon Film is available sterile and non-sterile.
