Featuring smooth, soft, and durable clamping surface that provides tight seal, Flexaust Cuffs are made of 80D PVC and screw onto Flex-Tube® PU transfer hoses and FlexStat® static dissipative hoses to offer OEMs finished hose assembly. Cuffs screw onto hose OD and are matched to ID to ensure efficient airflow and material transfer. Products come in sizes from 1.25-4 in. ID in white and various colors and accommodate embedded copper grounding wire FlexStat® static dissipative hoses.

Flexible Hose Cuffs Provide Tight Seal
A new line of screw-on cuffs that fit their line of Flex-Tube® PU transfer hoses and FlexStat® static dissipative hoses for creating fully OEM-ready hose assemblies is being introduced by Flexuast of Warsaw, Indiana.
Flexaust Cuffs are made of 80D PVC and screw onto their line of Flex-Tube® PU transfer hoses and FlexStat® static dissipative hoses to offer OEMS a finished hose assembly. Featuring a smooth, soft, and durable clamping surface that provides a tight seal, the cuffs screw onto the hose O.D. and are matched to the I.D. to assure efficient airflow and material transfer.
Fully compatible with the hoses, Flexaust Cuffs come in sizes from 1.25" to 4" I.D. in white and various colors and accommodate the embedded copper grounding wire in FlexStat® static dissipative hoses. Flex-Tube® PU transfer hoses are made of medium weight coextruded thermoplastic ether based polyurethane with an ABS helix and provide superior abrasion and puncture resistance.
Flexaust Cuffs are priced according to size and can be supplied with hoses as OEM-ready assemblies to match equipment and application requirements.
