Designed to protect personnel at potentially dangerous openings, such as ladder and stair openings, self-closing Laddergard(TM) Safety Swing Gates are constructed of structural steel and painted with highly visible, bright yellow 2-part polyurethane coating. Units come in 2 sizes that are adjustable to fit 16-26 in. or 27-40 in. wide openings. Supplied with all mounting hardware, gates can be installed to existing pipe rails up to 2 in. in diameter.

Wildeck Introduces New Laddergard(TM) Safety Swing Gates to Guard Hazardous Openings

Waukesha, WI - Wildeck, Inc. - Continuing its rapid expansion in the area of plant and facility safety products, Wildeck, Inc. has added two rugged Laddergard(TM) Safety Swing Gates that protect personnel at potentially dangerous openings, including: loading dock ladders; mezzanine or work platform ladders; rooftop access ladders; maintenance access ladders; stairway openings; equipment and machinery platform ladders and stairs; and other applications.

Wildeck's Laddergard(TM) safety swing gates are self-closing and meet OSHA 1910.23 safety requirements. They are constructed of strong structural steel that withstands the daily use and abuse that many other ladder gates can not provide. All Laddergard(TM) gates are painted with a durable 2-part polyurethane coating that is a bright safety yellow color for high visibility, even in low light conditions. They are available in two sizes that are adjustable to fit either 16" to 26" wide openings; or 27" to 40" wide openings. All mounting hardware is included and gates are easily installed to existing pipe rails up to 2 inches in diameter.
