Guardian(TM) form fit drum liners are constructed of either 4 or 8 mil engineered polyethylene for strength and durability. Formed on custom-designed heat sealing equipment by attaching circular polyethylene disc to cylindrical polyethylene body, shaped liner reduces pleats/folds that trap material and hinder complete filling and dispensing. Product allows for drum reuse/recycling and can package liquid or dry materials in open top metal, fiber, or plastic drums.

New Economical Guardian(TM) Round Bottom Drum Liners from Grayling Industries
Grayling Industries, an industry leader in flexible industrial packaging and environmental safety technology, is introducing a new low cost, form fitted liner for 15, 30 and 55 gallon drums.
Per company spokesman, Randy Sullinger, "We have leveraged our years of experience in manufacturing critical use and high barrier film products to design and produce a high quality flexible drum liner at a very attractive price point".
The Guardian(TM) form fit drum liners are constructed of either 4 mil or 8 mil engineered polyethylene for strength and durability. The liner is formed on custom designed heat sealing equipment by attaching a circular polyethylene disc to a cylindrical polyethylene body to create the "formed fit" drum liner. The shaped liner reduces pleats and folds that can trap material and hinder complete filling and dispensing.
The Guardian(TM) liner allows drum reuse and recycling due to the barrier created between product and the drum. The liners are designed for packaging either liquid or dry materials in open top metal, fiber or plastic drums. Custom liners can be manufactured for specific needs such as; chemical compatibility, high temperature applications, oxygen or moisture sensitive products or hygroscopic materials.
