March 17, 2011 - With tolerances to ±0.005 in., depending upon material, Rotary Die Cut Parts can be kiss cut, provided with zoned adhesives, adhesive lamination, multiple laminations, and other custom requirements. Products are supplied on rolls for machine or manual application processes and come in wide range of rigid, flexible, and foam materials. Produced in mid- to high-production volumes, parts typically include gaskets, seals, conductors, insulators, EMI/RFI shields, filters, and membranes.

Rotary Die Cut Parts Feature Tight Tolerances in High Volumes


A custom rotary die cutting service for producing precision plastic parts in production volumes from a variety of rigid, flexible and foam materials is being introduced by Interstate Specialty Products, Inc. of Sutton, MA.

Interstate Rotary Die Cut Parts feature tolerances to ±0.005", depending upon material, and can be kiss cut, provided with zoned adhesives, adhesive lamination, multiple laminations and other custom requirements. Supplied on rolls for machine or manual application processes, rotary die cut parts can be manufactured from a wide range of rigid, flexible and foam materials.

Produced in mid- to high production volumes, Interstate Rotary Die Cut Parts typically include gaskets, seals, conductors, insulators, EMI/RFI shields, filters and membranes. Typical materials include Mylar®, PTFE membranes, polyethylene, Kapton®, Nomex®, Poron®, nonwovens, felt, foam sponge, Volara® and proprietary OEM customer supplied materials.

Interstate Rotary Die Cut Parts are priced according to configuration and customer requirements. Design and engineering assistance can be provided. Representative samples and price quotations are available upon request.
